Good question! Prewriting is a term that describes any type of preliminary work that precedes the paper writing that is actual. It generally does not necessarily have to be writing. In reality, prewriting can just be thinking that is concentrated what you would like to publish your paper on. Various prewriting techniques are expanded upon below. However, know that you don’t need to use all of them, nor is any one much better than any one of the others. Successful prewriting (and paper writing!) takes place when the writer finds what works best for him/her.
